Role description
Project Manager leads the project according to the result goals, to get people to commit to the achievement of those goals and to take care that the project organization can work as efficiently as possible. The project manager is leading both, external and internal projects.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the identification, development and management of our products to support our existing and new business models. You will support the execution of the product development while collaborating with our product development team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The key tasks are planning, organization, monitoring and reporting on project progress, solving possible problems, communication, controlling possible changes to the project plan and project-related risk management.
Responsibilities include:
- Project planning, scoping and delineation
- Identifying tasks derived from project outputs
- Making effort estimates and project scheduling
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Project documentation
- Risk management
- Project progress monitoring
- Project team and motivation management
- Cooperation with the project steering group
- Quality assurance of project outputs
- Supporting the development of new products
- Improving the development of existing products
- Managing the launch of new products
Requirements:
- A passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Proven working experience and knowledge about processes.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Native Finnish language is a must, good professional proficiency in English.
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience especially in energy sector
