Synerall Mobile App
A “pocket tool” that goes everywhere with the end consumer! The mobile application is intended for consumers to monitor consumption data, spot electricity prices, and contracts. Users can set limits in the service, and they will receive notifications when these are exceeded. This tool helps save energy or alerts when electricity is expensive.

Self-service portal
Our user-friendly portal is the customer’s own service channel, where they can manage their own contracts or those of customers they represent, and examine consumption data. Price-conscious customers can check through the portal when electricity usage is cost-effective.

Measurement and Consumption
Measurement and consumption data are obtained for our service either from the customer’s measurement data management system or directly from Datahub. You can use the measurement data for billing and various reports, such as the end customer’s consumption report.
