Helsinki Region Environmental Services HSY (Helsingin Seudun Ympäristöpalvelut) is deploying Synerall to take over its’ key billing, customer service, and sales functions. Implementing new software means they now enjoy process automation. Time-consuming operations are digitized and HSY has found new agility.
