In January 2018, a Finnish energy company Kymenlaakson Sähkö (KSOY) launched a tender for acquiring a new customer information system. The tender has ended and we are pleased to announce that the new system will be provided by Net Group Nordic Oy. Net Group will provide Kymenlaakson Sähkö with a customer information system and billing solution Synerall.
Serving customers and business needs
The launch of Synerall will start immediately and the new customer information system will be introduced in early 2020. We are very pleased to help KSOY on their journey of making their business more automated and customer-friendly. This new cooperation shows that we offer a much-needed solution for the Nordic utility markets.
The aim of the acquisition for KSOY was to find a system that serves both customers and Kymenlaakson Sähkö’s needs in the best possible way. In particular, the process automation is to be increased from the cooperation.
